Waking up early works for me!
Getting an early start is awesome. I really enjoy the early morning in Summer.
I wake up at 5:30 am, meditate, have some juice, and then I hit the road for a jog.
By the time 7am comes, I’ve jogged, meditated, washed and changed, eaten breakfast and am ready to pop off a blog post.
Waking up early is one of my success priniciples.
Excercise & Excercise
I’ve cut back on excercise recently mainly due to percieved time constraints because of lots of business travel and so forth.
The thing is though, that I need to excercies to give me more energy to do business with vigour and clarity.
One way that I’m dealing with this is by waking up at 5am every day now.
Of course, this means I have to go to sleep alot earlier too, but it’s worth it.
I don’t need to fit into everyone elses social cycle – I have friends that I see duringhours that suit me. And they respect my time.
The only consideration I have though, is that perhaps a girl I might meet wouldn’t dig the fact that I go to sleep at 9:30pm and wakeup at 5am. Although, I’m sure that the right girl would appreciate that and perhaps respect me more for it.
