What’s not good for me

I hit the Red Bull and the coffee this last weekend, and I’m feeling it in my kidneys today. aaarg.

Caffeine is not my friend!!

Also, based on a few interactions I had last week, I realise that wheat makes me dof. I would chow a big muffin, and then sit with glazed eyes throughsubsequent meetings.

Here’s the thing: I’m not normal in terms of my health. I’m not oneof those naturally healthy people… I have to work at it. There are things I can’t eat or drink. I have to hold myself to a higher standard.

So:

More water

No Caffeine (no, not even black tea!)

No alcohol

Reduce wheat intake and eat balanced.
