Simplicity in blogging.

Know what I’m setting out to do and do it.

No more, no less.

So much of my day is spent doing stuff that keeps me busy but doesn’t really get me anywhere.

For example, I might spend 3 hours reading blogs looking for something to write on my blog. I will encounter lots of good ideas, but the more I encounter, the more difficult it becomes to choose one!

My other blog is a marketing blog.

I think the best way to maintain that blog is to post ideas there as and when they occur to me or come across my path. Don’t wait to have all the information… Just go for it! 70% of success in life is showing up – the fact that I’m writing almost every day alone is indication enough that I’m keen to engage in conversation.

Perhaps it’s not about being clever, but about being conversational.

There’s literally stacks of stuff to talk about, and blogs are the way that the conversation is passed along.
